To qualify for warranty, a (copy) invoice with the purchase date of the product is required. This can be a photo of the receipt or an invoice in .pdf or .doc format.

My product is broken or does not work properly. It has warranty.
It is annoying when your product does not work (properly) anymore. If the purchase date is less than 2 years ago, in most cases you have warranty. We can then repair or replace the product free of charge.

  • It does not matter where your product was purchased. You can return any Hesdo product.
  • What we need is a (copy) invoice with the purchase date of the product.
  • If it turns out that the defect is outside the warranty, costs may be charged.

I want to have my product repaired, it is out of warranty.
Is your product not working (properly) anymore and would you like to have it repaired? That is possible! You can send it to us and we will handle it as follows:

  • The costs are less than € 30 (incl. VAT)
    The repair procedure starts automatically. When you receive the repaired product back, you will receive an invoice with the costs.
  • The costs are more than €30 (incl. VAT)
    Before the repair procedure starts, you will be notified. You will have the opportunity to agree to the repair. You will receive an invoice with the costs upon return of the repaired product. You can also return the product unrepaired. This will cost € 11.50 (incl VAT).
